跟单Following up

嘉利美商（集团）有限公司的营销员接到客户的订单后，将按程序为客户进行一系列的跟单工作，包括与供货商联系、协商货品的质量及要求、一切文件上的工作、设计图样、利保、包装等，都由营销员与各部门联系去进行跟进。紧贴产品的进度，务求达到理想效果。遇到难题时，在能力范围内亦尽量为客户解决。After getting an order from the clients, Frankie Dominion (Holdings) Ltd will start a series of following up work including negotiating the price with the suppliers, taking care of the quality and requirement of the products, doing paperwork such as preparing sales contracts, liaise with other departments such as art department, shipping department, packaging department to determine the best outcome of the whole process.
